Rental Rates

Ty Nant rates are broadly split into bands based on season. For 2026, these are

  • High Season  - 19th June to 18th September plus all school holidays   
  • Medium Season - 1st March to 19th June and 18th September to 31st October (excluding Easter and any other school holidays)
  • Low Season - 1st November to 28th February (excluding school holidays)

Typical 2026 rates

  • High Season  - prices range from £1,700 to £3,000 for 7 nights  
  • Medium Season - prices range from £1,050 to £1,600 for 7 nights. 
  • Low Season - prices range from £980 to £1,050 for 7 nights. 
  • Short stays are welcomed and are cheaper. 

Pets: £25 per dog per booking (max 2)

A lovely well equipped house in a peaceful location. The hot tub was a real bonus. Pleasant walk to the beach. We liked Tresaith very much and look forward to our next visit.
